 Lee Min Ho played the role of Kim Tan, the future heir to the Jeguk group. After The Heirs, he starred in the films  Gangnam Blues and Bounty Hunters. He also teamed up with top actress Jun Ji Hyun in the fantasy romance drama Legend of the Blue Sea.

The Hallyu star began his mandatory military service in May 2017 and completed it in April 2019. He will be having a small screen comeback this 2020 in the fantasy romance drama The King: Eternal Monarch which was also penned by The Heir writer Kim Eun Sook.

Park Shin Hye had been to different dramas since The Heirs where she played the role of Cha Eunsang, a diligent daughter of a live-in housekeeper of the Kim family. She just completed a drama in 2019 entitled Memories of Alhambra and recently, it was announced that she would be joining Jo Seung Woo in JTBC’s sci-fi drama Sisyphus: The Myth.

Her past dramas after The Heirs include Pinocchio and Doctors. She also starred in several movies such as The Royal Traitor, My Annoying Brother, Heart Blackened, Call and #ALONE.

To stop his mother meddling on his love life, he hired Kim Sam Soon (Kim Sun Ah), a loud and heavyset brokenhearted woman and his restaurant’s newly-recruit pastry chef, as his pretend girlfriend. Secret Garden

Secret Garden was an international success giving Hyun Bin a resurgence of fame. In this 2010 drama, he played the role of Kim Joo Won, a handsome but conceited CEO of a high-end department store. He was partnered with Ha Ji Won who played the role of Gil Ra Im, a beautiful and humble stuntwoman. Joo Won has started being attracted to Ra Im with their tense and bickering relationship when a magical even happened resulted to their bodies being swapped. IU joins Park Seo Joon in new film ‘Dream’

Reports confirmed that South Korean actress and singer IU will join the upcoming film Dream alongside with Park Seo Joon, whose casting was confirmed last year.

This will be the first commercial movie of IU since her debut in 2008 as a singer.

Dream will be directed by Lee Byung Hun, the same director behind the hit movie Extreme Job and JBTC’s drama Melo is My Nature.

While, according to reports, Seo Joon will be playing the role of a professional soccer player on a disciplinary action, no further details regarding IU’s role were revealed.

The upcoming Korean drama of tvN starring Kim Tae Hee and Lee Kyu Hyung has new character posters showing each of them hugging a child.

The drama entitled Hi Bye, Mama! (working title) is Kim Tae Hee’s comeback drama after a five-year hiatus.

It is a story of a woman named Cha Yu Ri who died several years ago and begins a 49-day long project of reincarnation, and her husband, a chest surgeon, who is barely surviving since the death of his wife.

The new poster showing Kim Tae Hee reads “I’ll go after just a bit more, a bit more…” while Lee Kyu Hung’s poster reads “I’m happy. I’m really, really happy…”

A few days after his contract with Blossom Entertainment expired, Song Joong Ki has signed with a new company, a startup agency called History D&C.  

The big news was announced by the agency itself on January 3 2019.

History D&C  signed a management contract with actor Song Joong-ki to announce a new start. We will do our best to help Song Joong-ki and History D&C  grow together with positive synergy.
 In 2020, Song Joong Ki will continue his acting career in Korea’s first Space SF Blockbuster The Victory and Bogota, which tells the story of Columbian immigrants in the 1990’s.

Song Joong Ki had been with the Blossom Entertainment since 2013 before moving to a new entertainment agency founded by Hwang Kiyong who had established a partnership with the top Korean actor after working on the projects like ‘The Innocent Man’, ‘Deep Rooted Tree’, and ‘Will It Snow for Christmas?’.
