Known as the bully heir to the Zeus Hotel Group in The Heirs, Kim Woo Bin played the role of a top actor with a terminal disease alongside with Bae Suzy in the hit drama Uncontrollably Fond in 2016.

Woo Bin also starred in box office hits Friend: The Great Legacy, The Con Artists, and Twenty. However, due to health reason, his 2017 film was suspended and he took a two-year hiatus.

After battling nasopharyngeal cancer, we might be seeing Kim Woo Bin more often this year. His agency, SidusHQ, even released photos featuring him with long hair, much to the delight of his fans.


Kim Ji Won

After playing the role of a chic and arrogant heiress in the 2013 high school drama, Kim Ji Won continued to gain attention with her acting in the following years. In 2015, she appeared in the web series One Sunny Day alongside So Ji Sub. Likewise, she starred as army surgeon in hit drama Descendants of the Sun in 2016 and made her first leading role in Fight for My Way  with Park Seo Joon a year after. In 2019, she joined the cast of Arthdal Chronicles as the love interest of Song Joong Ki’s role.

 Kang Min Hyuk had his first lead role in MBC’s medical drama Hospital Ship four years after The Heirs concluded. He also continued his music career and even released two Japanese singles in 2019. Aside from acting job, Min Hyuk became a fixed cast of reality-variety show Brave Family and a host of Mum is Watching and live music show Music Bank.


Kang Ha Neul

Kang Ha Neul had been very busy since The Heirs, from musical theatre and movies to television dramas. His movies include musical film C’est si bon, period film Empire Lust, and coming-of-age film Twenty, romantic comedy film Likes for Likes, and action-comedy film Midnight Runners.

In 2016, he joined the cast of the historical drama Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo as 8th Prince Wang Wook.

While on his mandatory military service, Ha Neul worked with fellow actor Ji Chang Wook and Infinite’s Kim Sung Kyu in military musical Shinheung Military Academy which was regarded as one of the largest productions of Republic of Korea Army.

 In 2019, he paired with Gong Hyo Jin in the hit series When the Camellia Blooms.
